How we use your data

When you apply to join our team

When you submit your application, we suggest that you either fill in a free text field on our website or send us an email (hello@metaform.lu). The message or email you send us is free text and allows you to include any information you feel is relevant. We use this information to respond to your request and, if necessary, to contact you to follow up your application. We will retain application emails and messages for a period of two months. After this period, the e-mails and messages will be permanently deleted.

When we collect your data to open your file

When we enter in a relationship with you, we may collect a series of information such as your name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, all information necessary to proceed with the opening of your file.  

Your data will be kept for a period of 1 year.

When we collect your data to carry out an assignment 

When you entrust us with an assignment, we collect a series of information such as your name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, all information necessary to carry out the assignment entrusted to us.

During the execution of an assignment, your data is kept for a period of ten years to comply with our legal obligations in terms of the retention period for accounting documents or to ensure a ten-year guarantee. However, it may be kept for longer in the event of a written request from you (conservation of execution plans, technical notes, etc.).

Sharing and transferring your data

Your information is stored in our databases located in Europe and is not shared with third parties. Your information is not sent outside Europe. We will not use your information to make automated decisions that may affect you.

Art embedded within the form and volumes of a Luxembourg residential project.

Integrating art into architecture is rarely straightforward. Development constraints, investment realities and regulatory requirements often leave little room for artistic intervention. Yet in this project, the collaboration with the Luxembourgish artist SUMO became central to the identity of the building, transforming it into more than a residential structure and establishing a genuine dialogue between architecture and art. 

From the outset, the involvement of SUMO was conceived as a way of staging the architecture. Rather than treating art as an applied element, the project allowed it to interact with the very surfaces that architecture often leaves neutral or secondary. These predisposed and abandoned spaces were given new meaning through colour, character and movement. The result is not a decorative layer, but an artistic presence embedded within the spatial concept.
